Maisonettes and houses, part of the Leigham Court Estate, Streatham Hill.

The estate, developed from 1891 by the Artisans' Labourers and General Dwelling Company, occupied the site of Leigham Court House.

Better known as the 'ABCD' Estate, it got its name from the roads that formed a major part of the site, Amesbury, Barcombe, Cricklade and Downton Avenues.
