The first photograph shows no. 1 and 2 Factory Square. Part of the Immanuel Church School, designed by Gilbert Scott in 1861, can be seen on the right.

The second photograph shows a public drinking fountain in front of Immanuel Church.

Both the school and the surrounding roads were replaced by a Sainsbury's superstore in 1987.
