No 104 Kings Avenue, originally part of the Clapham Park development, which was started in the 1830s by the developer Thomas Cubitt.

A front view of the house is seen here before it was due to be demolished as part of a social housing programme by the local authority, and replaced by Clapham Park Estate, Helby Road and Headlam Road.
