An advertisement (and plan of the estate below) for new houses on the Bostall Estate, which was developed for the Royal Arsenal Co-operative Society on the fields of the former Bostall Farm.

The farm had been bought by the RACS in 1899 and development began then.

However, further development was prevented by World War I and building did not start again until 1923.

Bostall Estate sales leaflet, published by the Royal Arsenal Co-operative Society Limited, March 1927.
