Casterbridge (formerly Elmsdale), Brooklands Park, part of the Cator Estate.

View of the front of the house as seen across the paddock.

Built in the1820s on the site of an older property, it was bought by the London County Council, who demolished the building and built Brooklands Estate over this and other lands in the 1960s.

The front of the building had some Tudor and Elizabethan decoration to the front pediment.
