Summit House, Glebe Way, West Wickham, 1966

summit-house-00920-350

By the mid sixties the development of West Wickham was almost complete.

With the green belt blocking any expansion to the south only small scale infill schemes remained.

Summit House was built on the last remaining open site near the centre of town and the top of Glebe Way.

With shops at ground level and offices above it is typical of its time.
