Wickham Way is one of the major roads on the Park Langley estate and was one of the first to be developed.

Consisting mainly of larger detached houses, the later southern part was only developed after the decision had been made to abandon the shopping centre and church.

Note the distinctive 'antique' street light, a design used throughout the first phase of the development.
