Bostall Park Estate, Belvedere, c. 1930
Feakes & Richards were one of the smaller developers active in north west Kent in the 1930s.
Like many of their competitors they were locally based and were aiming at the same market.
They took a different approach to the design of their publicity, favouring a newspaper style approach.
Like New Ideal Homesteads, they were prepared to make extravagant claims for the healthy properties of their chosen area.
